WizzDev is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and operations. We’re a 30-person team of engineers specializing in embedded systems and IoT solutions (FreeRTOS, AWS IoT, Bluetooth, LoRa) working primarily with clients from the UK, Scandinavia, Germany, and the Netherlands. As our marketing needs grow, we’re looking for someone ready to drive campaigns, refine our positioning, and make our niche brand shine in the B2B tech space.
Update and implement a practical marketing strategy (campaigns, content, SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, events).
Manage collaboration with freelancers and agencies (design, SEO, Google Ads, video).
Plan and coordinate lead generation campaigns and participation in trade fairs.
Create and standardize marketing assets: brochures, landing pages, case studies, videos.
Define and report marketing KPIs (qualified leads, CTR, blog reach, Clutch, NPS).
Own the content calendar and cooperate closely with the sales team.
Support client communications and build WizzDev’s brand as a tech partner.
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software, tech, or engineering services.
Very good command of English (min. C1) — most materials and campaigns are in English.
Proven ability to collaborate with sales and technical teams.
Experience in SEO and running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with the UK or DACH markets; German language skills are a plus.
Experience with marketing automation tools, performance reporting, or CRM systems.
Background in B2B tech or engineering sectors (especially IoT, embedded, MedTech).
Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach.
