Recruitment Assistant Intern

We at WizzDev are looking for a motivated and well-organized Recruitment Assistant Intern to support our growing team. If you’re interested in HR, recruitment, and working in a tech company that creates real-life products for medtech and smart home industries — this is your chance to learn how IT recruitment works from the inside while gaining valuable experience and mentorship.


Your key responsibilities

Support recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, verifying applications, and conducting initial interviews.

Assist with onboarding processes, HR documentation, and internal reporting.

Participate in HR meetings with managers and help identify hiring needs.

Build and maintain contact with universities, agencies, and partners.

Learn how recruitment, HR, and people operations work in the tech industry.

Required qualifications and experience

At least 2nd year of studies in psychology, HR, sociology, management, or a related field.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace tools.

Strong interpersonal skills — not afraid to talk to people, with solid Polish writing skills and English at B2 level or higher.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Available at least 2 days a week during the academic year or full-time during summer break.

Good to have

Experience in student projects, volunteering, or university initiatives related to HR or event coordination.

A short motivational video (2–3 minutes) in English, telling us why working with people excites you.

Interest in building a career in IT recruitment or HR management.

Understanding of the tech environment or curiosity about how tech teams work.
