Cloud-Connected Factory Compressor Monitoring & Analysis | Factory The objective of the project was to connect the client’s factory compressors to a cloud-based system, enabling real-time monitoring and data analysis of machine performance. In this pilot deployment, WizzDev configured an AWS environment and launched the core infrastructure, including an Edge application installed directly on factory devices. Data from the compressors is processed locally before being transmitted to the AWS cloud for further analysis and visualization. The project provided the client with a robust system for monitoring compressor performance, identifying potential technical issues, and optimizing production processes through modern AWS cloud-based analytical tools. WizzDev delivered a scalable and flexible solution that supports the client's future infrastructure development.

Lab Device Data Collection & Cloud Experiment Management | Plastometrex
WizzDev collaborated with Plastometrex to develop an IoT-based system using AWS services, designed to collect data from laboratory devices and manage experimental operations via a cloud-based interface. The project involved implementing an infrastructure for secure data transmission, processing, and storage in the cloud, along with a user-friendly web interface for user management and experiment scheduling. This project enables Plastometrex to automate data collection and enhance experiment management through a robust, AWS-powered cloud infrastructure, improving operational efficiency and providing a scalable foundation for future growth.

IoT Devices migration to AWS and Operations Optimization | Mill International
WizzDev undertook the migration of Mill International AS’s IoT devices from an alternate cloud provider to AWS to deliver a stable, efficient, and cost-effective infrastructure. WizzDev developed a serverless API to handle business logic, including Over-the-Air (OTA) updates via AWS IoT Core. This solution securely connects IoT devices, manages operations, and collects operational data, stored in a Time Series DB with a five-year retention period. WizzDev migrated client IoT devices to AWS for continuous, stable operations. We implemented fleet management with load testing and canary deployment, enabling remote firmware updates and secure, five-year data retention for long-term analysis and optimization
